Rainfall in July will be marginally lower than the normal. Overall, it will be a normal monsoon. Normally, 60 cm of rain is recorded from June 1 to September 30 in Delhi, he said. The National Highway-8 that connects Delhi with Gurgaon saw traffic coming to nearly a standstill during the evening peak hour as waterlogging was reported from several parts of the stretch between Mahipalpur and Toll Plaza. People also took to social media to complain about the traffic. "Huge Traffic Jam on NH-8 (From Delhi to Jaipur side).
