Union minister Rajanth Singh has reached out to Opposition leaders including Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin to build consensus for the post of Speaker and Deputy Speaker for the 18th Lok Sabha. The move comes as the saffron party pulls all stops to retain the key post in the Lower House.
