Kupwara, Srinagar: Indian, Pakistani troops trade fire on LoC
The Pakistan Army violated the ceasefire by targeting Indian positions in Karnah sector on Friday evening using small arms and mortars.
Srinagar: Pakistan is at it again. The neighboring country on Saturday once again violates ceasefire along the Line of control.
Indian and Pakistani troops traded fire on the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir's Kupwara district resulting in minor injuries to two civilians, police said on Saturday.
The Pakistan Army violated the ceasefire by targeting Indian positions in Karnah sector on Friday evening using small arms and mortars.
"The Indian troops retaliated and firing exchanges continued between the two sides for sometime. The injured civilians were hospitalised," the police added.
