Kashi Mahakal Express' Berth Converted To Temple; Owaisi Tweets Constitution’s Preamble To PMO
The Kashi Mahakal Express that links three Jyotirlingas in two states and was flagged off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday from Varanasi.Seat number 64 of coach B5 of the train was reserved for Lord Shiva.
New Delhi: AIMIM Chief and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi has tweeted the Preamble of the Constitution of India to Prime Minister’s Office, after a seat in the newly launched Mahakal Express was turned into a temple of Lord Shiva.
Seat number 64 of coach B5 in Kashi Mahakal Express (Varanasi-Indore) was turned into a mini-temple of Lord Shiva. The train was flagged off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi via video conference on Sunday.

The national transporter launched its third IRCTC-operated service, the PSU's third corporate train, from Uttar Pradesh's Varanasi to Indore in Madhya Pradesh and has named it Kashi Mahakal Express.
"It's for the first time that a seat has been reserved and left vacant for the deity Lord Shiva.

Light devotional music, two dedicated private guards in every coach and only vegetarian meals will be some of the new features of the fully 3-AC service that will run thrice a week between Varanasi and Indore.
The train will cover 1,131 km between Varanasi and Indore via Lucknow and a distance of 1,102 km between Varanasi and Indore via Prayagraj (Allahabad) in approximately 19 hours
Temple made on temporary basis, removed after launch: Railways
As the row over the conversion of a berth to a temple in Kashi Mahakal express escalated on Monday, the railway has said that the temple was made on a temporary basis and has been removed after the prayers were over.
Providing an explanation, it said that few employees of the railway had set up the temple for its first run and had offered prayers.
