From Insane Heights To The Oceans — Watch Our Troops Celebrate International Yoga Day With Fervour
The theme for this year's International Yoga Day which marks its 10th anniversary is “Yoga for Self and Society."
The military and paramilitary troops in the country showcased a fervour on Friday that would motivate anyone to roll out their mats on International Yoga Day 2024. From icy heights to mighty oceans, these security personnel showed that there is nothing that can stop one from being fit and healthy.
Troops of the Indian Army, packed in white suits and breathing masks performed yoga on the northern frontier in a white landscape covered with snow while Navy personnel and their family members stretched on INS Vikramaditya.
ITBP personnel also performed yoga at Muguthang Sub Sector in North Sikkim at an altitude of more than 15,000 feet and a troop of the Indian Army was seen performing yoga in Eastern Ladakh.

The International Yoga Day is being celebrated across the country with politicians to common people coming out in large numbers to perform this ancient form of exercise. The theme for this year's International Yoga Day which marks its 10th anniversary is “Yoga for Self and Society."
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also participate in the celebrations from Jammu and Kashmir's Srinagar.
