'India's Most Famous Actor': Jairam Ramesh's Cryptic Post With Images Of PM Modi, Jaya Bachchan
Jairam Ramesh tweeted screengrabs from Sansad TV with Rajya Sabha MP Jaya Bachchan and Prime Minister Narendra Modi speaking in both Houses at the same time.
Congress MP Jairam Ramesh booed Prime Minister Narendra Modi as he responded to the debate on the President's address. He posted screengrabs of Sansad TV on Twitter indicating a timestamp of 5:15 pm when Rajya Sabha MP and former Bollywood actor Jaya Bachchan was speaking at the same time when PM Modi was giving his address, and jeeringly branded him "India's most famous actor".
“At 5:15pm today. One of India's most famous actress on the right speaking in Rajya Sabha. India's most famous actor on the left speaking in the Lok Sabha," Ramesh tweeted.

In another tweet, the Congress MP asked PM Modi three questions about his ties with multi-millionaire Gautam Adani as part of the Congress' Hum Adanike Hain Kaun series. The question series was begun as the grand old party escalated its criticism of the BJP-led national government over the Adani-Hindenburg controversy. "The eloquent silence of the PM on the Adani MahaMegaScam has forced us to start a series, HAHK-Hum Adanike Hain Kaun. We will be posing 3 questions to the PM daily beginning today," Ramesh stated earlier in a tweet.

Earlier in the day, he had made a remark about expunging Rahul Gandhi's comments on PM Modi's ties with Adani and remarked that the "democracy was cremated in the Lok Sabha".

This came after Congress MP Rahul Gandhi questioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi's relationship with troubled business tycoon Gautam Adani in Lok Sabha on Tuesday.
He said that rules were violated to benefit industrialist Gautam Adani. Rahul Gandhi's criticism attracted harsh reactions from the treasury benches, with law minister Kiren Rijiju asking him to not levy "wild allegations".
