Harsimrat called Sidhu a 'qaum ka gaddar', now with what face will she go to Pakistan: Punjab Minister

Sidhu was highly criticized for attending Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan’s oath taking ceremony in Karachi and thereafter hugging Pakistan’s Defence Minister.

New Delhi: Congress leader and Punjab Minister Sukhwinder Singh Randhawa on Monday took on BJP leader and Union Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal for accepting invitation from Pakistan for attending the foundation laying ceremony of Kartarpur corridor, which is set to take place on November 28. Speaking on the same, Randhawa said “Harsimrat Kaur Badal had called Navjot Sidhu a 'qaum ka gaddar', now she herself is going to Pakistan, with what face will she go?” He further added saying, “Akali Dal had not taken up Kartarpur corridor issue even once when they were in power.” Sidhu was highly criticized for attending Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan’s oath taking ceremony in Karachi and thereafter hugging Pakistan’s Defence Minister. Now, Indian government has chosen its two union ministers who would be going to Pakistan for the event of laying foundation stone for Kartarpur. In India, Vice President Venkaiah Naidu will be laying the foundation stone in Gurdaspur today.
