Good Governance Day: Not A Single Allegation Of Corruption Against Modi Govt, Says HM Amit Shah

Good Governance Day 2021: Amit Shah said India has better vaccination facilities than other countries. Hospitals have been made self-reliant in terms of oxygen.

Amit Shah on Good Governance Day: Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that the Modi government was taking care of every section of society and the common people were getting benefits of the schemes. Addressing the 'Good Governance Day' function on the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, he said that there was not a single allegation of corruption against the Modi government.

Amit Shah said that India has better vaccination facilities than other countries and hospitals have been made self-reliant in terms of oxygen. He added that vaccination of 130 crore people was a big task. He said that  the policies against Covid-19 were in place. The Modi government was transforming the country. Along with this, completing the schemes was the priority of the government. He said that earlier, plans were only on paper. But now people are getting cheaper medicines.

The Union Home Minister said that Vajpayee worked to bring good governance in true sense in modern India. In 70 years, people were losing confidence in the democratic system. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had worked to make people's expectation of good governance into a reality.

Amit Shah said that PM Modi gave houses to more than 2 crore people and the work to provide electricity and toilets to every household has been completed. Policies and programs were designed in such a manner that they solved the problems completely. Good governance was possible only by using technology in the formulation of policies and administration, he added.

He further said that the administration should abide by the rules, but if every individual understands the difference between their personal role and the contribution of their department, then many problems could be solved.
