India's Daily Covid Cases Dip To 1 Lakh Mark, 2427 Fatalities In Last 24 Hrs

India has registered around 1 lakh Coronavirus cases in the last 24 hrs.The daily positivity rate is at 6.34%, less than 10% for 14 consecutive days.

Coronavirus In India: After witnessing a daily dip in Coronavirus cases, India has witnessed a massive decline in new cases on Monday.

India reports 1,00,636 new COVID19 cases, 1,74,399 discharges, and 2427 deaths in the last 24 hours, as per Health Ministry.

Total cases: 2,89,09,975

Total discharges: 2,71,59,180

Death toll: 3,49,186

Active cases: 14,01,609

Total vaccination: 23,27,86,482

Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) also informed that a total of 36,63,34,111 samples have been tested for COVID19 in the country, up to June 6 including 15,87,589 samples tested yesterday.

India's Active Caseload further declined to 14,01,609 as Active Cases decrease by 76,190 in the last 24 hours.

The country's Covid recoveries have been outnumbering new cases for the last 3 weeks and India has registered 2,71,59,180 total recoveries across the country so far

India's recovery rate has increased to 93.94% and the weekly positivity Rate has currently dipped to 6.21%. The daily positivity rate is at 6.34%, less than 10% for 14 consecutive days.

The country has been focusing on a wide range of testing and the resting capacity substantially ramped up as 36.6 cr are the total tests conducted till now.
