Civil Defence Worker Murdered In Faridabad. Parents Claim Rape, Police Deny Charges

Faridabad: Several allegations are being made on social media over the murder of a girl from the Surajkund area of Faridabad. Some claim that the girl, who worked at Delhi Civil Defence, was raped before she was murdered.
The girl's family members are also alleging that she was raped before being murdered and that multiple people may be involved in the incident.
Faridabad Police, however, claim to have solved the case after they arrested one person. Faridabad Police said that the girl's post mortem report revealed nothing to prove that the girl was raped before being murdered.
The victim's family members claim that the Delhi Civil Defence worker was sexually assaulted before being brutally stabbed to death but are refusing to comment on camera.
Shocked over the girl's death, her family members are in inconsolable condition hence have refused to comment on camera while reiterating that "justice needs to be served."
Delhi Civil Defence Worker Murder Case
On the morning of August 27, a man named Nizamuddin reached Kalindi Kunj police station and revealed that he had murdered a girl and dumped the body in bushes in the Surajkund area of Faridabad.
Based on his confession Delhi Police informed the Faridabad Police about this matter and then the girl's body was recovered from the place as informed by the murderer. The body of the girl was recovered on August 27 in the bushes of Surajkund-Pali Road in Faridabad.
The case only came to light when Nizamuddin self-confessed to the murder of the Delhi Civil Defence worker. Nizamuddin also told police that he married the girl on June 11, 2021, at Saket Court in Delhi.
The murderer told the police that he began to doubt the young woman's character. With this suspicion, he confronted her and brought her to Surajkund. He then tried to convince her and where the two got into a fight. As per Nizamuddin, he stabbed the girl to death and threw the body into the bushes.
Meanwhile, the girl's family members are alleging that Nizamuddin is not the only one involved in the case and that other people may also be involved. As per the victim's relatives, the case is not only a murder case but a rape and murder case.
Faridabad Police Commissioner Vikas Kumar Arora said: "The post mortem report has not suggested any kind of sexual assault and therefore these claims being made on social media are totally false and baseless. If we talk about medical evidence or post-mortem report, then no such fact has come to the fore anywhere."
"Nizamuddin has been taken on remand by the Faridabad Police and is being interrogated again. The investigation into the case has now been handed over to the Faridabad Crime Branch," Faridabad Police Commissioner said.
Nizamuddin told the police that he met the girl, hailing from the Sangam Vihar area, at DM Office Lajpat Nagar in January last year. The girl was selected and to be recruited in the Delhi Civil Defence. He helped in getting the girl's ID card made and both of them later became friends.
As per Nizamuddin, both of them got married in the Saket court on June 11 this year. Nizamuddin said that he came to know about his wife's illicit relations only after their marriage. He tried to get his wife to change her ways but was unable to succeed.
On August 26, he took his wife from Lajpat Nagar to Surajkund on his bike where he confronted her, which led to an altercation. He then stabbed his wife in a fit of rage and disposed of her body in the bushes nearby.
