New Delhi: Polling for the second phase of Gujarat Assembly Elections 2017 ended at 5 pm following which the fate candidates is now sealed. Now, who is chosen by the voters and who is dumped, we all come to know about it on December 18 when the votes will be counted.
One of the important regions of Gujarat is Central Gujarat. It has 40 seats out of 182.
Central Gujarat is region which includes Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Anand, Kheda, Panchmahal, Dahod and Chhota Udaipur districts. To understand who have people voted, ABP News has conducted an Exit Poll predicting the crucial results.

The survey has predicted BJP to get 24 out of 40 seats in the Central Gujarat region. Congress is projected to win 16 seats while Other parties in fray have not been able to open their account here. Clearly the BJP appears to be outscoring the Congress in this region.
Central Gujarat region (40 seats) (Data till 2pm)
- BJP- 21-27 seats (47% vote share)
- Cong- 13-19 seats (42% vote share)
- Others- 0 seats (13% vote share)
- Violence reported between two communities in Wakaner village of Savli district in Vadodara. Some shops and motorcycles were torched. CRPF jawans were rushed to control the situation.
