New Delhi: The three intrepid stories of Abhinav Jain, Pranav and Anjana Krishna will give you more fortitude if you were about to give up. They believed in buffing obstacles and overcame them by realizing their abilities. They joined  AEMP- Ability Enhancement Multimedia Program for differently abled by AIMS Media which worked  providentially on their decision by showing results on multiple functional areas. Abhinav Jain(21) met with an accident when he was four months old. Accident accorded Abhinav with Executive functioning (Intellectual disability) due to three fractures in skull. With his growing interest in art his parents made him join AIMS Media in 2015. Since 2018 he’s working as an employee in AIMS Media as a Graphic designer and also assists faculty in multiple ways. Abhinav turned his accident into a good fortune and now is able to pursue his passion in art through participating in many exhibitions. Anjana(21) was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the age of two and a half years. Anjana chose art to depict her emotions; her mother took it further to make it her career and fortunately Anjana’s commendable painting had been displayed at Dubai International Airport. The passion didn’t end up here. She learnt to paint on fabrics and have been able to design sarees and suits. She also did cutlery designing for impressive home decors. Anjana’s mother nurtured her with gestures, discipline and courtesy. To enhance her skills and update her with the modern era she chose to shake hands with AIMS Media in 2017, though she was skeptical but her dedication made her stood unswayed. Today, Anjana has been able to learn the digital art and designing which she is pursuing till date apart from her immense creative skills that has many renowned exhibitions as their witness. Pranav(18) was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the age of two. While sharing the child’s struggle his mother says, 'The more a person wrestles with tough situations the stronger he becomes’. She nurtured Pranav with the same thought which came out to be extremely providential. Pranav has a hamper of credits which consists of his award winning performance in photography and enjoyed being part of many events from being a protagonist in a play, learning Golf, walking the ramp for ‘Walk With A Difference’ to walking the ramp for brands like Benetton and US POLO. He possesses immense memory i.e can tell the names and identify the songs of innumerable Hollywood singers. He can also tell the date, day and year of his time spent with family and friends since he was age 1. As Pranav had a good conceptual learning his mother made him join AIMS Media to make him explore the digital world and enhance his multiple skills. These specially abled children may not be looked upon as ‘’perfect’’ by our world but their will power and sheer grit is an example for us. They faced challenges but their determination and faith within, never let them be indifferent from others and have shown immense enthusiasm to achieve the success by giving shape to their passion.
