The one-minute video captures the youths gripping a rope, seemingly part of a fence. While one boy manages to hold on, the other is seen being swept away by the strong current.
After being carried about 100 meters, the boy fell nearly 150 feet from the waterfall. The rescue team has found one of the youths, but they are still searching for another.
Several reports indicated that the youths endangered their lives to take selfies and make reels in the strong currents of the river.
