Ahmedabad: Amit Shah Undergoes Nose Surgery At KD Hospital, To Be Discharged This Evening
In January this year, he was admitted to AIIMS in New Delhi after being diagnosed with swine flu.

Ahmedabad: (Gujarat): Union Home Minister Amit Shah underwent a minor nose surgery on Wednesday morning at KD Hospital. Reports say Amit Shah will be kept under observation for a couple of hours and will be discharged from the hospital at around 5pm this evening. Shah is reportedly also in Ahmedabad to attend a family function. In January this year, he was admitted to AIIMS in New Delhi after being diagnosed with swine flu. The BJP leader had then confirmed the news himself in a tweet, saying: "I have been diagnosed with swine flu for which the treatment is underway. With God's grace and good wishes from all of you, I will recover soon." Amit Shah is a Lok Sabha MP from neighbouring Gandhinagar. He had managed to win almost 70 per cent of the votes defeating Congress's Dr. CJ Chavda.
