ABP-CVoter Survey: Can Sonia Retain Raebareli? Know Projection For 50 Star Candidates In 2024 LS Polls

ABP and CVoter reached out to the people to find out whether the star candidates, including Narendra Modi, Sonia Gandhi, and Rahul Gandhi, would be able to retain their seats in the Lok Sabha polls.

New Delhi: Following the intense Assembly elections in five states, attention has now turned to the upcoming Lok Sabha elections scheduled for next year. The state elections ended in a 3-2 victory for the BJP, which kept power in Madhya Pradesh while wresting control of Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan from the Congress. 

However, with the general election just a few months away, every political party is actively devising its strategies based on its own considerations.

ABP and CVoter reached out to the people to find out whether the star candidates for the Lok Sabha polls such as Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Smriti Irani, and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi would be able to retain their seats or not for the next five years.

According to the survey, Narendra Modi, Rajnath Singh, Rahul Gandhi, and Amit Shah will be ahead of their opponents by a significant margin, while Ajay Kumar Teni, Sonia Gandhi, and Chirag Paswan, among others, will lead only with a small margin.

  1. Varanasi - Narendra Modi (Ahead by a significant margin)
  2. Azamgarh - Daddan Shaukat Ali Yadav (At risk)
  3. Lucknow - Rajnath Singh (Ahead by a significant margin)
  4. Mainpuri - Dimple Yadav (Ahead by a significant margin)
  5. Gorakhpur - Ravikant Shukla (Ahead by a considerable margin)
  6. Ghaziabad - Suresh Bansal (Ahead by a considerable margin)
  7. Muzaffarnagar - Sanjeev Balyan (Ahead by a small margin)
  8. Amethi - Smriti Irani (Ahead by a significant margin)
  9. Raebareli - Sonia Gandhi (Ahead by a considerable margin). However, if Sonia Gandhi does not contest herself, then this seat is in contention.
  10. Lakhimpur Kheri - Ajay Singh Chauhan (Ahead by a small margin)
  11. Prayagraj - Rita Bahuguna Joshi (Ahead by a considerable margin)
  12. Meerut - Jivitesh Bajpai (Ahead by a significant margin)
  13. Kannauj- Subrat Pathak (Ahead by a small margin)
  14. Pilibhit - Varun Gandhi (Ahead by a significant margin)
  15. Mathura - Hema Malini (Ahead by a small margin)
  16. Gautam Buddh Nagar - Mahesh Sharma (Ahead by a significant margin)
  17. Mirzapur - Anupriya Patel (Ahead by a significant margin)
