Even as the company did not exactly reveal this, however, it hinted at a mysterious surprise element in the update, which will be revealed once the update is rolled out. Superior graphics At the event, the company also mentioned the new version will bring improved graphics, to enhance the experience and make it more realistic. It means you will get to witness more improvements in the characters, environments, and gunfights. Interaction with particles, smoke muzzle flashes, air blasts, and scopes have also received visual enhancements. Similarly, actions like parachuting, throwing sprites, and sprinting have been optimised, too. In fact the lighting systems, models, and texture quality have been updated to offer more realism. The new UI will be divided into three areas: game, social, and store allowing players to get an idea exactly where players are at a certain point of time. The interface will make the navigation much smooth as the player can swipe through multiple areas with just a click of the finger. Not just this, you will witness more customisations where you can move around, add and remove UI elements that will make it much more personal feel. James Yang, director of PUBG Mobile esports also mentioned about global tournaments and announced that the PUBG Mobile World League (PMWL) and World Championship will be combined into PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC).
