Farmers’ Protest At Jantar Mantar
Several farmer organisations are set to hold protests at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi today, primarily demanding the proper implementation of minimum support price (MSP) for the crops.
They also participated in 'Rozgar Sansad' to support the employment movement, an official statement from organiser Sanyukt Rozar Andolan Samiti (SRAS) said on Sunday.
Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia to visit Gujarat
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his deputy Manish Sisodia will be visiting Gujarat today. The duo will arrive in Ahmedabad and address a town hall meeting in Himatnagar at 3 pm today. They will also attend a town hall meeting in Bhavnagar on August 23 at 3 pm, as per reports.

The number of dead in Rajouri suicide attack rose to five, as another injured soldier succumbed at the military hospital at northern command in Udhampur, officials here said on Monday.
On August 11, two terrorists had attacked an army camp in Rajouri killing four soldiers in a pre-dawn suicide strike that marked the return of ‘fidayeen’ to Jammu and Kashmir after more than three years.
