Monsoon Recipes: Make Tasty & Healthy Creamy Broccoli Soup At Home

Soup Recipe: If you do not want to drink tea during the rainy season, then you can drink hot creamy broccoli soup. You can easily prepare it at home.

Broccoli Soup: In the rainy season craving to eat or drink something hot is always on the cards. In such a situation people who do not drink tea can try broccoli soup filled as a replacement.

Broccoli soup is rich in flavour and nutrients and one can make its flavour even tastier by adding some onion, black pepper and cream to it. If you are fond of drinking soup or eating something healthy, then you can enjoy broccoli soup during the rainy season.

Let's look at the recipe for creamy Broccoli Soup.

Broccoli Soup Recipe

1 - To make Broccoli Soup, you first need a cup of broccoli florets. That means, remove the stalk from the broccoli and take out its upper part.
2 - Now heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan, add ¼ cup onion and fry on medium flame for 1 minute.
3 - Now add broccoli and fry for 2 minutes.
3- Add 1 cup of water to it and fry on a medium flame for 4 minutes and turn off the gas.
4- Let it cool and put it in a mixer and make it pyuria. 
5- Now put 2 tbsp butter in the pan and add 2 tbsp all-purpose flour and fry it for 30 seconds. Keep in mind that the flour should not burn. 
6- Now add 2 cups of milk and cook on medium flame while stirring with the help of a whisk for 5 minutes.
7- Now add salt, some black pepper and a pinch of nutmeg powder to the broccoli pyuria and mix it well. 
8- Now boil it on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, turn off the gas and add 2 spoons of cream and mix. 
9- Serve hot creamy broccoli soup, garnished with broccoli flowers and cream.
