Know How To Prepare Paneer Pasanda- The Most Searched Recipe On Google In 2022

The good news for all those who love paneer out there is that Paneer Pasanda was the most searched recipe on Google this year.

New Delhi: Google's Year In Search Report for 2022 is now available and provides an intriguing glimpse at the exciting year that is near its close. Google publishes an annual list of the most popular searches conducted globally and by nation. It is interesting to note that a paneer dish topped Google's global list of most-searched food recipes for 2022. 

The good news for all those who love paneer out there is that Paneer Pasanda was the most searched recipe on Google this year. Any foodie would swoon at the mouthwatering recipe of paneer that has been loaded and shallow-fried in a sauce made of onions and tomatoes. In addition to Paneer Pasanda, people in India also looked up recipes for Modaks, Chicken Soup, and Pizza Margherita.

Since it's the most searched recipe, let's have a look at how to prepare this delicacy so that you can indulge in this lip-smacking dish with your friends and family:

Ingredients:

  • 200 gm paneer cubes
  • 2 teaspoons of refined oil
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato puree
  • 1/2 dash sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 1 capsicum cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

Step 1: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and then add the garlic paste to it.

Step 2: Salt, sugar, red pepper flakes, cumin powder, and garam masala are added to the garlic paste after stirring for around 30 seconds. It is to be made sure that they are thoroughly combined.

Step 3: The capsicum is added and the mixture is cooked for a minute over medium heat. Add paneer after turning off the burner and everything is thoroughly combined.

Step 4: Transfer the mixture to a microwave-proof bowl and heat on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Add chopped coriander as a garnish and serve hot with chapatis, rice or naan.
