Claiming the third spot on the list is the delectable Butter Garlic Naan. This particular bread had previously secured a prominent position as the second-best flatbread worldwide, according to Taste Atlas. Its irresistible combination of garlic flavor and luscious butter drizzle makes it a true culinary delight.
Plain naan also earned its accolades, securing the eighth spot on the list and being recognized as the fourth-best flatbread globally.
Paratha, a breakfast essential loved by many, rightfully found its place on both lists, showcasing its universal appeal. The hearty and satisfying flavors of Amritsari kulcha, a stuffed bread, earned it a well-deserved spot on the list.
Not to be forgotten, the humble roti, a daily staple in the Indian diet, clinched the 27th position, immediately following the Amritsari Kulcha.
These accolades serve as a testament to the diverse and rich culinary traditions of India, where bread-making is an art form passed down through generations. As these Indian breads gain international recognition, they continue to captivate taste buds and bring global acclaim to India's culinary heritage.
