In this regard, ABP Live sought the opinions of experts who explained how ayurvedic supplements that balance hormones.

Ayurvedic Herbs That Help To Regulate Hormonal Imbalance:

Weight fluctuations, sleeping difficulties, irregular menstrual cycles, stress, and indigestion are all indications of hormonal imbalance. Ayurvedic supplements consist of beneficial compounds such as tulsi, cinnamon, and Ashoka which are widely admired for their ability to regulate hormones. 

Anjenay Agarwal who is the Ayurvedic expert and Director of Royal Bee Natural Products Pvt Ltd listed out some herbs that help to regulate hormonal imbalance:

  • Ashwagandha is an effective adaptogen that can help reduce the stress hormone cortisol
  • Triphala juice can be added to a healthy diet to detoxify the body and promote good bowel function.

Additionally, Dr Mohit Agarwal, Co-founder of HealthMug.com also listed out some more herbs that help to balance our hormones.

He said, "Potent elements including fenugreek, turmeric, and liquorice root are well-renowned for their ability to restore balance within hormone levels. Additionally, Nigella Sativa (Kalonji) is the supreme element that affects our hormones at large."

Lastly, Rajinder Dhamija- Ayurveda Expert and Founder of Dharishah Ayurveda said, "Ingredients such as Ashwagandha, Shatavari, and Brahmi have been utilized for centuries in Ayurveda to support hormonal balance, boost energy levels, and promote emotional well-being."

Hormonal imbalance affects both men and women equally and Ayurveda has been able to treat the root cause since the ages helping mankind in getting relief.
