Srinivasan's Murder
On April 16, 2021, RSS worker Srinivasan was hacked to death in broad daylight as a retaliation to the murder of Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) worker. Three bike-borne assailants hacked Srinivasan to death inside a shop. He was immediately rushed to the hospital but he was declared dead. The witness of the incident said that Sreenivasan was hacked over 20 times with sharp objects.
Earlier, Srinivasan was a former Physical Education instructor at RSS.
