Rajasthan Woman Arrested For Stealing Laptops From Various PGs, Hotels In Bengaluru
In the pretext of job interviews, she stayed in PGs and subsequently offloaded the stolen laptops in the secondary electronics market.
According to ANI, Bengaluru Police Commissioner B. Dayananda said, "A Rajasthan-based 29-year-old woman has been arrested for stealing laptops from various paying guest accommodations and hotels in Bengaluru. 24 laptops worth Rs 10 lakh have been seized from her and further investigation underway."

Jassu Agarwal is originally from Jodhpur, Rajasthan. She worked at a private bank in Bengaluru.
Agarwal's modus operandi involved stealing laptops left unguarded during meal times at the PGs and vacating the hostel within a week or two. The areas where she performed the theft include Tin Factory, Marathahalli, Bellandur, Silk Board, Hebbal, Mahadevapura and Whitefield.
