Schneider Electric expands automation portfolio; launches IoT-enabled pumping solutions

New Delhi [India], Aug 1 (ANI): Global specialist in energy management and automation Schneider Electric on Tuesday announced expansion of its smart pumping solutions, under its automation portfolio, with the launch of AltivarTM, ModiconTM, and MagelisTM pumping products.

The newly launched devices, when combined with MachineStruxureTM automation solutions, helps build and manage flexible, connected, and efficient pumping systems across industries such as infrastructure, building, water and wastewater, oil and gas and food and beverage.

"We are at a juncture of mega-trends like industrialization and urbanization, where energy efficiency is at the core of every business, and to ensure efficiency it is key leverage the current industrial trends of, connectivity, IIoT and automation," said vice president industry business, Schneider Electric India, Meenu Singhal.

"Our smart pumping solutions are aimed at enabling our end users with advanced technology, improved system performance, and optimised costs. Our expertise helps them achieve a competitive advantage and business sustainability," added Singhal. (ANI)
