Arunachal: Seven killed in Mi-17 V5 helicopter crash

Tawang (Arunachal Pradesh) [India], Oct. 6 (ANI): The Indian Air Force (IAF) has informed that total seven people died in Mi-17 V5 helicopter crash in Arunachal Pradesh's Tawang which took place on Friday morning.

Among the deceased, five are IAF crew members and the other two belong to the Indian Army.

The IAF confirmed that the incident took place at around 6 am today when the helicopter was on an air maintenance mission.

Court of Inquiry has been ordered in the regard. (ANI)
