What Happened To Deepesh Bhan?
Malkhan alias Deepesh Bhan, according to Rohitash Gour, was extremely concerned about his physical health. He led a healthy lifestyle. He was playing cricket that day when he unexpectedly collapsed. After being taken to the hospital, he passed away. Deepesh's death was caused by a brain hemorrhage, according to Shubhangi Atre, who plays ‘Angoori Bhabi’ in the show.
Shubhangi Atre revealed that Deepesh Bhan died from a brain hemorrhage in a private conversation with ETimes. “I reside in the same building, she said. At first, it was stated that heart failure was to blame for his passing. However, it is now reported that he passed away from a brain hemorrhage. He went with friends to play cricket. He then collapsed to the ground there. Prior to this, he was trouble-free. There wasn't any illness. He was sound,” Shubhangi added.
Can Exercising Too Much Cause Death?
Various studies suggest that endurance training changes the way the heart works.
According to an article by The Washington Post on the same topic, André La Gerche, a cardiologist at the University of Melbourne, says, when the heart is pressured by prolonged endurance exercise, it responds by stretching and growing more significant and more vital to pump more blood, similar to how lifting a barbell causes biceps to grow and develop. He claims that an endurance athlete's heart may be twice as large as a non-or athlete's even more immense: "We don't have any drug or disease that has such a significant impact on the size and form of the heart."
Being larger generally implies that the heart can pump blood more effectively, which is a desirable thing. But in certain situations, little swelling or scarring where the heart is strained may be linked to exercise.
As per a study published in the US National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health, the risk of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) may increase with intense exercising regimes. The study on runners revealed that even after completing challenging running competitions, their blood samples still contained biomarkers connected to heart-related problems.
Are There Possibilities For A Sudden Death While Exercising?
As per a research published by the National Library of Medicine, death during exercise is rare, and vigorous physical activity is associated with increased risk for fatality, particularly in individuals with overt cardiac disease or a high coronary risk profile. The mechanism of death is usually a lethal ventricular arrhythmia, but this may vary depending on the underlying cardiac condition.
