God of War Ragnarok is set a few years after the events of God of War (2018). Kratos’ son Atreus is visibly grown now, and [spolier alert] we all know now that he will play a crucial role in the impending doomsday event, Ragnarok. In Ragnarok, Kratos and Atreus will get to explore all the realms as they try to stop Ragnarok, in the process taking on Norse legends such as Thor and Tyr.
