Deepak Gheewala to play Shaheer Sheikh's grandfather in 'Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke

The veteran actor will play reportedly the partriarch in male lead Shaheer Sheikh's family.

After the super-success of 10-year-old Star Plus show 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai', the makers are set to bring its spin-off titled 'Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke' featuring Rhea Sharma and Shaheer Sheikh in lead roles. Whereas, known names including Ritvik Arora, Rupal Patel, Sangeeta Kapure among others will be seen playing important characters in the much-awaited Star Plus show. After being a part of 'Yeh Rishta...' for several years, Hina & Karan quit the show & later Shivangi-Mohsin were introduced as the new leads. Coming back to Deepak Gheewala, the veteran actor has been a part of the entertainment industry sinec a long long time and has featured in popular shows including 'Ek Mahal Ho Sapno Ka', 'Teen Bahuraniyaan', 'Diya Aur Baati Hum', 'R.K.
