The news of Karan Patel getting replaced as Raman Bhalla in Star Plus' popular show 'Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' has been creating a lot of buzz and the actor who would be stepping into his shoes is 'Kahiin Toh Hoga' fame Chaitanya Choudhry. Chaitanya has also confirmed replacing Karan in YHM that stars Divyana Tripathi in female lead as Ishita Bhalla. Chaitanya's entry is one of most speculated ones given that the show had Karan playing Raman Bhalla for past 6 years. Karan had to quit the show as he is participating in Rohit Shetty's 'Khatron Ke Khiladi 10' and will fly off to Bulgaria for the shoot. He could also be seen inside the upcoming 'Bigg Boss 13' house. Currently in YHM, Raman is kidnapped by the vengeful Arijit who evil intention is to take revenge from the Bhalla family over something that had happened to his family and holds the former responsible for it.
How does Chaitanya now enter the show, is something fans are keenly looking forward to. And finally how the new Raman Bhalla makes appearance onsceen is finally revealed. TOI report says that Raman's character will be thrown off the cliff. Ishita would be witness to a fight between Raman and Arijit, after which Raman would fall off the cliff, but not die. And that's what will mark the entry of Chaitanya Choudhary as 'Raman Bhalla' in the show. Chaitanya has reportedly started the shoot on July 22nd. "I am privileged to be a part of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. I have a lot of gratitude towards Balaji Telefilms, as I started my career with them. Today is my first day of shoot, and I am really excited to work with the team. I know comparisons will happen, but I hope fans accept me as Raman. Undoubtedly, Raman is the most popular and acclaimed character, and people have a lot of attachment with the role, but I hope I live up to the expectations. I need their support," Chaitanya told Tellychakkar. When asked about working with Divyanka Tripahti, the actor last seen in a negative role in ‘Dil Hi Toh Hai’, told the portal, "I have known her for some time now, but we have never worked together. She is very hardworking and a fantastic actor."
