‘Udaan’ actress Meera Deosthale shoots for her last episode, shares HEARTFELT note

New Delhi: Popular TV actress Meera Deosthale won several hearts with her performance as Chakor in Colors TV’s ‘Udaan’. The show has completed over 1000 episodes and is one of the longest running shows currently on-air. The makers of the show introduced a generation leap in February and several actors including Vidhi Pandya and Vijayandra Khumeria quit the show before the leap. Meera continued to be part of the show after the leap and rumours were rife that she will also leave the show soon. The beautiful actress has shot for her last episode on Monday (April 1). Meera penned down a heartfelt note reminiscing her journey on the show. She shared a picture of her in the character of Chakor along with an emotional caption. ‘’15.2.2016-1.4.2019 ❤️ A wonderful show with wonderful people working on it and associated with it. a beautiful chapter of my life which moulded to me to be who I am. Has given me more than I could ask for. Has given me all of love and blessings. Thank you for making this happen. I shall cherish each and every day and moment forever .❤️ Till we meet again,’’ Meera wrote on Instagram.

As per the latest buzz, ‘Balika Vadhu’ fame actress Toral Rasputra will step into the shoes of Meera and play the character of Chakor. Interestingly, she had earlier replaced Pratyusha Banerjee as Anandi in ‘Balika Vadhu’. Talking about ‘Udaan’, Tanya Sharma and Gaurav Sareen are currently playing the leads in the social drama. We hope Meera takes a good break and comes back to the small screen with another power-packed role. Watch this space for more updates!
