For the uninitiated, Shweta Tiwari filed a case against her second husband Abhinav Kohli, accusing him of domestic violence & harassing his 19-year-old step-daughter Palak on August 11, 2019. The actress had filed a case at Samata Nagar police station in Mumbai and her accused husband of outraging her daughter's modesty who was sent to police custody till August 13. Shweta Tiwari-Abhinav Kohli However Abhinav was bailed out a day later, meanwhile Palak too reacted on the same, clarifying that her step-father never molested her however she was subjected to domestic abuse multiple times by him.
