Throwback Thursday: When Ankita Lokhande Wrote, 'Kaun Tujhe Yuh Pyaar Karega' For Sushant Singh Rajput

New Delhi: The untimely demise of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput has left everyone teary-eyed. It’s hard to believe that a talented artist like Sushant is no more with us. The ‘Raabta’ actor’s death case took a new turn when his father KK Singh lodged a complaint against Rhea Chakraborty and five other people at Patna’s Rajiv Nagar Police station. An FIR was lodged against Rhea under various sections of the IPC including abetment of suicide and unlawful confinement on complaint of the ‘Kai Po Che’ actor’s father. Sushant’s former girlfriend Ankita Lokhande shared a cryptic post on social media after his father filed an FIR against the ‘Jalebi’ actress. Ankita wrote, “Truth wins.” SSR’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti also dropped a comment on the post.  Shweta commented, “God is always with the truth.”

Ankita and Sushant fell in love on the sets of Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Pavitra Rishta’ in which they played the respective roles of Archana and Manav. They parted ways in 2016, leaving their fans surprised. Their break-up made headlines as they were considered one of the most loved couples in tinsel town. Ankita often shared romantic photos with SSR on social media. She had posted a lovey-dovey snap with the ‘Chhichhore’ actor on Twitter along with the lyrics of a song from his movie ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’. Her tweet read, “Kaun tujhe yuh pyaar karega jaise main karti hu gugga .. Luv u so much baby.” Ankita Lokhande, who made her Bollywood debut with ‘Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi, reportedly told Bihar Police that Sushant was unhappy with Rhea and wanted to end his relationship with her. She said that Sushant told her about the same during the release of ‘Manikarnika’. The ‘Baaghi 3’ actress met Sushant’s family members at his residence in Mumbai after his demise. She also went to Patna and reportedly showed her chat messages to SSR’s sister.
