This POPULAR TV actress will marry Sushmita Sen’s brother Rajeev Sen in Goa on June 16 – Details inside!

Interestingly, the couple have been dating for just five months after which they decided to take their relationship to the next level.

Recently, Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen confirmed on social media that her younger brother, Rajeev Sen and TV actress Charu Asopa will soon tie the knot and now we are here with some more updates about the upcoming wedding. The former Miss Universe’s brother, Rajeev will have a June wedding. According to a report published in TOI, the duo will have a destination wedding in Goa on June 16.

Bride-to-be Charu told BT, “It will be an intimate affair with just 20-25 people each from our respective families in attendance. Our families had originally zeroed in on a date in December, but Rajeev, during a conversation with me, said that it’s too far. That’s how we advanced the date to June 16. Charu further added that she will get engaged to Rajeev on June 14 and since she always dreamt of having a white wedding, so the couple is planning to have a Christian-themed engagement where she will get a chance to wear a white gown. The popular TV actress who has been part of shows like Mere Angne Mein and Karn Sangini, also revealed that the wedding rituals will follow both Rajasthani and Bengali traditions since the bride-to-be is a Rajasthani, whereas her groom-to-be Rajeev is a Bengali. On a related note, last year Charu got engaged to actor Neeraj Malviya. But the couple soon called it quits due to undisclosed reasons. It seems the actress has finally found a solace in Rajeev.
