Shivangi Joshi-Kushal Tandon Dismiss Engagement Rumours, Latter Asks 'Aapke Source Hain Kaun?'

The 'Barsatein - Mausam Pyaar Ka' couple Kushal Tandon and Shivangi Joshi have denied engagement speculations.

New Delhi: The rumour mill started after speculation swirled about a possible engagement between television couple Kushal Tandon and Shivangi Joshi. Kushal and Shivangi gained a huge fan base after their appearance in the popular show ‘Barsatein - Mausam Pyaar Ke’. Finding out that their favourite stars were maybe dating made their followers thrilled. Amidst this, both stars have denied the claims, labelling them as baseless.

Initial reports suggested that Kushal Tandon and Shivangi Joshi, who reportedly found love on the sets of the show  ‘Barsatein - Mausam Pyaar Ke’ in 2023, were ready to take their relationship to the next level and make it official. However, both Kushal and Shivangi have taken to their respective social media platforms to deny the reports, marking their first public response to the persistent rumours.

Kushal Tandon denies engagement report 

Taking to the Instagram story, Kushal Tandon humorously dismissed the engagement reports, quipping about his current whereabouts in Thailand for martial arts training. Alongside a snapshot of himself from the training ground, Kushal urged media for more authentic reporting.

The actor wrote, "Yaar media wallloooo ek bhath bathaooo, meri engagement horahiiii hain, our muje he nah pata? I am here in Thailand training my martial arts. Aisaaaa kaiseee karletheee Hoon aaap log, atleast thoro tho authentication news ki rahkaaaa Karoo mere bhai log? Ye apkeee source hain kaun. (Hello media people, I am getting engaged and even I don't know? How do you guys do this? At least have some authentication in the news. Who is your source?)"

Meanwhile, Shivangi Joshi shared a post that made fun of the current rumours. Her post reads: “I love rumours. I always find out amazing things about myself I never knew.”
