New Delhi: Rubina Dilaik recently became a mother to beautiful twin daughters Edhaa and Jeeva in November 2023. As Abhinav Shukla and Rubina became parents, Rubina gave a glimpse of a rather real journey post-partum as she navigates motherhood. In her latest vlog, Rubina shared that she is losing a lot of hair, and despite not beig told about this, she wants to inform other young expecting mothers about this aspect of motherhood as well.

Rubina Dilaik posted a short vlog on Instagram where she talked about changes that women go through post-pregnancy. To create awareness about the same, Rubina began her vlog with, "Today, I’m not feeling beautiful at all.Postpartum hair fall, serious hair fall. No one told us about this that so much hairfall will happen whenever I comb.”

“My hair has become very rough. But nonetheless, I think this is part and parcel of the motherhood journey. There are many things that I shared with my guests on Kisine Bataya Nahi-The Motherhood journey.”

Rubina also mentioned that her video urges all expecting women to not be scared of the journey when they experience it. The TV acto captioned her video, "Kisine btaya nahi," with a video title that said, "So much happening."

Rubina Dilaik gave birth to her daughters via C-section in November last year. She had previously posted a photo and a video of her transformation journey on Instagram. She had then captioned her post, “from November 2023 to January 2024”.
