REVEALED! Anuja Sathe LEFT ‘Peshwa Bajirao’ because of HUSBAND

New Delhi: Sony Entertainment Television show ‘Peshwa Bajirao’ is going for leap very soon. The lead role of ‘Bajirao’ will be played by TV actor Karan Suchak. Apart from that, the role of Bajirao’s mother, Radha Bai was being played by Anuja Sathe, but post leap, popular actress Rajeshwari Sachdev will replace the actress. Well, you will be shell shocked to know the reason behind Anuja’s exit. Actress left the show because of her husband Saurabh Gokhale. While talking to Spotboye.com, Anuja revealed, “For me right now it's not an appropriate time to play mother of 25 year-old-son. And I was assigned to do the show till it took the time leap.”

Actress also added, “I would miss shooting with him. But I definitely don’t want to play his mother. We have worked together earlier and we are looking forward to work together again. So no, there are no regrets. It's just that I am going to miss this set and the production people. Especially the kids.” Anuja also said that she is huge fan of Rajeshwari Sachdev and knows well that actress will do justice to Radha Bai’s character. In the show, role of Kashi Bai will be played by Ishita Ganguly and Anuja’s husband Saurabh Gokhale will play the role of Chimmaji Appa.
