TV actor Ram Kapoor's transformation has impressed all his fans. His physical transformation pictures have gone viral and many are praising the hard work and dedication put in by him. However, there is also a section of netizens who have accused him of opting for Ozempic and surgery. The actor has shed some 55 kgs.
Ram Kapoor's physical transformation
On Wednesday, Ram Kapoor slammed these claims by sharing a video of himself on Instagram and addressing these claims. In the video, the actor is seen flexing his muscles and saying, lot more work is left”. He said, "Apparently after all this news has gone viral, lot of people are coming to me non stop and basically thinking that I have done something or taken Ozempic or other drugs or surgery. First there is nothing wrong in it but now is less than 30 seconds, I want to prove that I have done nothing,” emphasising that he has neither undergone surgery or opted for Ozempic.
Actor slams trolls who say he used Ozempic
Showing his triceps and biceps in the video, "I have no best body. The point is, this kind of transformation requires hard work and long, long hours… no shortcuts, no surgery, no Ozempic. That only does weight loss, not this. Right? Within four to six months, I am going to get a rock solid six-pack with blocks. That has to be done the hard way. Get it! But anyone who has done Ozempic or surgery, so what? Good for you all.”

Earlier in a podcast with Cyrrus Broacha, Ram Kapoor spoke about his weight issue and said, "Twice I lost 30 kilos and twice it came back. This time, I have lost 55 kilos, and I have achieved a great level of health because I have learnt that any diet is temporary…The point is instead of dieting, you have to change your mindset.”
