New Delhi: It’s the season of weddings in tinsel town. After Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal tied the knot in Rajasthan, another actress is gearing up for her wedding. We are talking about Ankita Lokhande. The ‘Pavitra Rishta’ star is all set to get hitched with Vicky Jain in a traditional wedding. Ankita and Vicky’s pre-wedding festivities have kick-started with the mehendi function on December 11 in Mumbai.
The couple hosted a sangeet ceremony for their family members and close friends. The two lovebirds, who complemented each other in traditional outfits, performed together at the pre-wedding function.
Ankita was seen dancing to the beats of the dhol along with her beau and close friends. The likes of Mahhi Vij, Sana Sayyad attended the sangeet ceremony to extend their warm wishes to the soon-to-be married couple. Check out the videos!

Last week, Ankita was admitted to a hospital after she injured her leg. According to a report in IANS, the ‘Manikarnika’ actress suffered an injury while she was rehearsing with her beau for their sangeet night.
Ankita was rushed to the hospital after she sprained her leg. Although she has been discharged, the doctors have advised her bed rest for a couple of days.
Despite the injury, the bride danced her heart out during her sangeet. The happiness on her face says it all.
Ankita Lokhande’s Wedding Date
The report in IANS said that Ankita and Vicky will get hitched on December 13 at Mumbai’s Grand Hyatt. The couple will exchange nuptial vows in the presence of their family members and close friends.
The lovebirds recently shot for a pre-wedding video to celebrate their journey. Ankita posted the video on her official Instagram handle along with the caption, "The Sands of time."
On the professional front, Ankita was last seen in 'Pavitra Rishta: It's Never Too Late'. Shaheer Sheikh stepped into late Sushant Singh Rajput's shoes and played the role of Manav in the romantic series, which beamed on ZEE5 and ALTBalaji.
