MERI DURGA: Meet the NEW LEAD actress of the show

New Delhi: Star Plus show ‘Meri Durga’ may not be doing well in the TRP numbers but it has received appreciation for its unique concept. Well, now show is going to have some major change in the story. Show is planning to have huge leap in the show and with that the lead actress of the show will get changed. After the leap, serial will grown-up ‘Durga’ in the lead role. Earlier there was news that Zee TV show ‘Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani’ lead actress Eisha Singh will play the role of ‘Durga’ but now another actress has been finalized. TV actress Alisha Panwar, who is known for her roles in ‘Thapki..Pyaar Ki’, ‘Qubool Hai’ and ‘Jamai Raja’ will be the new lead actress of the show post-leap. Meri Durga is a story of relationship of father and daughter. Actor Vicky Ahuja and Ananya Agarwal are playing the lead roles in the show but post leap, Ananya’s role of Durga will be played by Alisha. Check out some pictures of Alisha:
