Karishma Tanna Slams Dalljiet Kaur's Estranged Husband Nikhil Patel: 'This Man Has Done Wrong To Her'

Dalljiet Kaur's friend and co-star Karishma Tanna extended her support amid her separation from Nikhil Patel, urging Dalljiet to remain strong through this challenging period.

Actor Dalljiet Kaur's troubled marriage with her husband Nikhil Patel has been in the public eye for some time, with Dalljiet accusing Nikhil of infidelity. Recently, her friend and co-star Karishma Tanna extended her support, urging Dalljiet to remain strong through this challenging period.

Karishma Tanna supports Dalljiet

Karishma Tanna took to Instagram Stories to show her solidarity. She reposted a news story about Dalljiet’s legal action against Nikhil, which included text that read, “Dalljiet takes legal action against estranged husband Nikhil Patel, after having an extramarital affair.”

Karishma added her own message: “Whatever happened shouldn't have happened!!!! My full support is with my dearest friend Dalljiet Kaur. This man has done wrong to her, and I will stand by her till the end. Strong women do not seek revenge; they move on and allow karma to do the work!!”

Dalljiet acknowledged Karishma's support by re-sharing her Instagram Story and expressing her gratitude: “One day as it comes KT [Karishma Tanna]. Thank You!”

Dalljiet and her estranged husband Nikhil

Previously, Dalljiet criticised Nikhil, a Kenya-based businessman, on social media. She posted a photo of him on her Instagram Story with the caption, "You are out on social media with her now every day shamelessly. Your wife and son came back in 10 months of the wedding. The entire family is humiliated. Some dignity for the kids would have been good!"

Nikhil addressed the allegations in an interview with ETimes, stating, “In January this year, Dalljiet decided to leave Kenya with her son Jaydon and return to India, which ultimately led to our separation. We both realized that the foundation of our blended family wasn't as strong as we had hoped, making it hard for Dalljiet to settle in Kenya. In March 2023, we held an Indian wedding ceremony in Mumbai. Though it held cultural significance, it was not legally binding. This ceremony was intended to reassure Dalljiet’s family about her move to Kenya."

Nikhil has since sent a legal notice to Dalljiet, asking her to collect her belongings from his house in Kenya. In response, Dalljiet obtained a stay order preventing Nikhil from evicting her and her son Jaydon or disposing of her belongings.

Dalljiet and Nikhil married in 2023. She was previously married to television actor and 'Bigg Boss 16' contestant Shalin Bhanot, with whom she shares a son. The couple divorced in 2015.
