TV Actress Kamya Punjabi REVEALS She Slipped Into Depression After Breakup With Karan Patel, Underwent Counselling Sessions!
Opening about how the breakup affected her and her life, Kamya shared that she had gone under a shell.
Popular TV actress currently seen on Colors show ‘Shakti’ recently opened about her rough phase post break-up with fellow actor Karan Patel and said that it took her two and half years to get back to a normal life.
In a recent interview with a leading daily, Kamya revealed that she slipped into depression after her relationship with Karan Patel ended. She continued that she took counselling sessions and gave herself enough time to get over that phase so that she could live her life again.

Opening about how the breakup affected her and her life, Kamya shared that she had gone under a shell. She was not eating, not sleeping, and also did not feel like doing anything. Kamya revealed that she slipped into depression and was undergoing counselling and lots of things were happening.
Kamya Panjabi addressed that phase of her life as ‘imprisonment’. She added that she worked hard on herself to come out of that jail and she is not going back there.
Karan and Kamya were regarded as one of the most loved television couple until their break-up in 2015, while Karan went on to marry actress Ankita Bhargava in 2016, Kamya got married early this year.View this post on Instagram
