Aditya Narayan, who is currently hosting ‘Indian Idol 12’, has tested positive for COVID-19. The singer took social media to inform his fans that he and his wise Shweta Agarwal have been diagnosed with the virus. Narayan shared a post on his official Instagram handle to share the news with his followers.

The singer and his wife went into quarantine after testing positive for Coronavirus. He asked his fans to pray for them and urged them to follow the necessary protocols to keep the virus at bay.

“Hello all! Unfortunately, my wife @shwetaagarwaljha & I have tested positive for Covid-19 & are in quarantine. Please stay safe, continue to follow protocol & do keep us in your prayers. This too shall pass,” Aditya wrote.

Neha Kakkar, Rahul Sudhir and Adhyayan Suman dropped comments on the post and sent their get well soon messages.

Aditya Narayan tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend Shweta Agarwal in an intimate ceremony on December 1, 2020. The couple fell in love on the sets of Vikram Bhatt’s ‘Shaapit’ while working together. Aditya is the son of playback singer Udit Narayan.

The likes of Rupali Ganguly, Kanchi Singh, Sudhanshu Pandey, Vipul Roy, Mishkat Verma have been diagnosed with the virus. Rupali Ganguly shared a long post on Instagram to inform the fans about the same. The ‘Anupamaa’ actress, who is asymptomatic, is following all the necessary protocols after testing positive.

Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt has also tested positive for Coronavirus. She went into home quarantine after contracting the virus. The ‘Kalank’ star thanked her fans for love and support in her post.
