Himanshi Khurana To Abhinav Shukla: Bigg Boss Contestants Who Felt Paranormal Activities In The House

Recently 'Bigg Boss 15' contestant Rajiv Adatia, in a podcast with 'Bigg Boss 13' contestant Paras Chhabra, shared his encounter with “ghosts” in the house.

'Bigg Boss 18' is all set to premiere on October 6 with Salman Khan as its host. Contestants who are likely to be a part of the show this season are Shoaib Ibrahim, Nia Sharma, and Padmini Kolhapure. While every season there are different contestants, formats and tasks, except for Salman Khan, there is one more thing that has been common across all seasons – ghost stories. Many contestants have experienced paranormal activities in the house. 

Recently 'Bigg Boss 15' contestant Rajiv Adatia, in a podcast with 'Bigg Boss 13' contestant Paras Chhabra, shared his encounter with “ghosts” in the house. Paras, in turn, also revealed that Himanshi Khurana too had a paranormal experience in the house. 

Here are all the Bigg Boss contestants who felt that there was a ghost in the Bigg Boss house: 

Rajiv Adatia and Himanshi Khurana 

Recalling his experience of seeing ghost, Rajiv Adatia told Paras that he was sitting with Umar Riaz, Pratik Sehajpal and Nishant Bhat when he saw a girl pass by twice. He also said that when he told Bigg Boss 13 contestant Himanshi Khurana about seeing a ghost inside the house, Himanshi replied, “That little girl.” Rajiv was shocked to hear that even Himanshi had an encounter with the ghost.  

Paras then added, “Himanshi key to chhati pe baithi thi. Ek particular bed tha, usme jo bhi sota tha ya to uske chot lagti thia ya usey lagta tha koi uski chhati pe baitha hai (Himanshi felt someone was sitting on her chest. There was a particular bed, and whoever slept on it either got injured or felt like someone was sitting on their chest).” 

Sana Makbul 

Rajiv also shared that Bigg Boss OTT 3 winner Sana also experienced ghost in the house and felt that someone pulled her legs. 

Abhinav Shukla 

Bigg Boss 14 contestant Abhinav had shared his experience with his fellow contestants in the house. He said, “What happened the first day was that I woke up at night to go the washroom. As it was cold, everyone was frequently going to pee. The time I went, I opened the door and I felt a breeze of cold air sweep by me. Even though it was cold at that time but it felt different. As soon as the breeze went past me, I saw the camera behind me hanging and the other camera stuttering, despite having a smooth gimbal.” 

Pavitra Punia 

Bigg Boss 14 contestant Pavitra Punia experienced what she believed to be paranormal activity inside the house. One night, she was startled to find a hot 'tawa' (griddle) on the stove, even though she had moved it earlier. When she questioned her fellow housemates, none of them admitted to touching it. Pavitra suspected something supernatural was at play, but no one took her seriously. A few days later, while walking in the garden, she suddenly felt a strong blow to her neck. With no one nearby, she was terrified and cried out in pain. 

Nikki Tamboli 

Nikki said that she had seen something dark and shadowy moving around in the house. She added that there was something strange about the place, as she had also noticed unexplained shadows within the house. 

Vishal Aditya Singh 

Bigg Boss 13 contestant Vishal Aditya Singh once woke up in the middle of the night, claiming he saw someone in the house and noticed shadows moving around. His ex-girlfriend, Madhurima Tuli, agreed with him, saying she felt as though her energy was being drained from her body. In an interview with ETimes TV, Vishal revealed that he wasn’t the only one to experience such eerie occurrences. Other contestants, including Paras Chhabra, Sidharth Shukla, Rashami Desai, and Shehnaaz Gill, also reported witnessing similar strange activities in the house.
