Television actress Drashti Dhami has revealed the name of her newborn daughter and shared a heartwarming glimpse of her tiny feet on social media. Drashti has named her daughter Leela. The proud mother took to Instagram, posting an image of Leela's little feet, gently held by Drashti and her husband, Niraj Khemka. Drashti and Niraj became parents in October

Drashti and Niraj, a businessman, welcomed their daughter on October 23, 2024, announcing her arrival in the most charming way. The couple shared an animated motion card featuring a whimsical circus theme, accompanied by a touching message: “Straight from heaven into our hearts, a whole new life, a whole new start. She is here. 22.10.24. Drashti and Niraj, who tied the knot on February 21, 2015, in a traditional Hindu ceremony, are overjoyed with the arrival of their daughter. Drashti’s elder sister, actress Suhasi Dhami, is married to her brother, Jaisheel Dhami. 

Drashti Dhami's career

On the professional front, Drashti Dhami began her career in the entertainment industry with music videos such as 'Saiyyan Dil Mein Aana Re', 'Humko Aaj Kal Hai', and 'Teri Meri Nazar Ki Dori'. She made her television debut in 2007 with the popular show 'Dill Mill Gayye', where she played the role of Dr. Muskaan Chadda. Drashti went on to feature in various successful TV shows, including'Geet- Hui Sabse Parayi', 'Madhubala-Ek Ishq Ek Junoon', and 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 7'. More recently, she appeared in 'Duranga' (2023), portraying Ira Jaykar Patel in the web series alongside Gulshan Devaiah.
