Known for her roles in popular television series like 'Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' and 'Banoo Main Teri Dulhann', Divyanka shared a Reel chronicling her hospitalisation for ligament surgery in August 2023.
In the video, Divyanka is seen in a hospital. She shared insights into her surgery experience, expressing gratitude for the meticulous care provided by her medical team. Divyanka also highlighted the importance of diligent rehabilitation in her journey towards recovery.

Detailing her post-surgery regimen, Divyanka revealed her commitment to fitness and rehabilitation, incorporating Aqua Physio into her routine once the external stitches had healed. She emphasised the significance of pushing boundaries and overcoming mental blocks, culminating in her return to form.
The actress shared snippets of her journey, from resuming workouts and learning new skills like Pistol Shooting to finally bouncing back stronger than ever.
Accompanying the post was a heartfelt caption, wherein Divyanka reflected on her journey and expressed gratitude to her husband, Vivek Dahiya, for his unwavering support throughout. She encouraged her audience to approach challenges with resilience and optimism.
She wrote, “Sharing my journey from getting a surgery done until bouncing back in a nutshell.
The moment I decided to get 2 of my very old complete ligaments tear corrected, I started strengthening my body for the upcoming trauma and lull by working out in a focused manner. I planned my physio carefully so that I can bounce back timely.
@vivekdahiya was a sweetheart, not letting my smile fade even for a moment. 😍
My take away, if you don't take something to be a low point, it won't be! You may fall but plan well to bounce back.”
Divyanka's upcoming project, 'Adrishyam', where she portrays Inspector Parvati Sehgal alongside actor Eijaz Khan as Ravi Verma, is scheduled to stream on Sony LIV from April 11.
