Chandra Nandini: ‘Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat’ Siddharth Nigam as Rajat Tokas' onscreen son 'Bindusar' in the show!
Few days ago, there were reports that the makers of popular Star Plus show 'Chandra Nadini', starring Rajat Tokas and Shweta Basu Prasad in titular roles, are planning to introduce a leap in order to increase the TRPs. Child actor Ayaan Zubair Rahmani has been finalized to play the young 'Bindusar' in the show. And now, popular ‘Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat’ actor Siddharth Nigam has been confirmed to play the role of grown-up 'Bindusar'.

Though Siddharth’s entry will happen after few weeks, with leap of 20 years." PICS: ‘Ashoka’ Siddharth Nigam’s ‘look alike’ brother Abhishek Nigam is TV’s new ‘Akbar’! Did you know? The Bollywood Life further states that, "The show will first take a 10 year old leap with Zubair Rehmani playing the young Bindusar. Then gradually Siddharth will join the show. Apparently the show will have a new flavour and Siddharth will be the face of the show. So this will bring new audience to the show knowing that Siddharth has a huge fan following."

On the professional front, Siddharth Nigam was also a participant on 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 9' and was also seen in Gautam Rode's 'Mahakumbh'.
