‘Bigg Boss 6’ Fame Aashka Goradia Bids Goodbye To Acting
Aashka Goradia said that business is in ‘her blood’ and that acting happened ‘by chance’ in one of her recent interviews.
New Delhi: Popular for portraying the character of Kumud in Ekta Kapoor’s daily soap ‘Kkusum’, Aashka Goradia has decided to quit acting and pursue her other dream, which is entrepreneurship. While speaking to a leading daily, Aashka revealed how even during her acting days, she had the dream of becoming an entrepreneur.
The ‘Naagin’ actress said that business is in ‘her blood’ and that acting happened ‘by chance’. Aashka revealed while in a conversation with Bombay Times, “Entrepreneurship was a path I wanted to pursue. Business was always in my blood, and this dream has been with me for quite some time now. Acting happened by chance. I was only 16 when I moved to Mumbai, but while pursuing my acting career, I had this business virus in me, to do something in the world out there and that has finally happened. So, I felt it’s time I tell everyone that acting, for now, is going on a break as I pursue my other dream.”

Aashka Goradia tied the know with Brent Goble, who is an American businessman. The couple got married in the year 2017. She mostly stays in Goa now reportedly and is unsure of her return to Mumbai.
Other than ‘Kksusum’, Aashka also starred in many other shows including ‘Naagin’, ‘Baal Veer’, ‘Daayan’ and others. She participated in reality shows including ‘Bigg Boss’, ‘Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi’ and others.
