Bigg Boss 14: Nikki Tamboli Set To Make Bollywood Debut Opposite THIS Star Kid, Reveals Her Character's Details

Nikki Tamboli, who is currently locked inside the 'Bigg Boss 14' house, shared details about her debut Hindi film.

New Delhi: Salman Khan's 'Bigg Boss 14' has managed to keep the viewers hooked on to their television sets with its drama-packed episodes. The popular reality show, which went on air on October 3, opened with good numbers despite facing stiff competition from IPL 2020. Although, the ratings are lower than last year, TV pundits expect the show to pick up pace in the next three-four weeks. It won't be wrong to say that Nikki Tamboli has hogged all the limelight. From becoming the first 'confirmed' contestant of 'Bigg Boss 2020' to refusing to do work inside the 'BB 14' house, Nikki has created a lot of buzz on social media. Nikki, who has worked in South films including 'Kanchana 3', will make her Bollywood debut with a star kid. She will be seen romancing veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty's son Namashi in an upcoming film.

Before entering the 'Bigg Boss 14' house, Nikki told an entertainment portal that the shooting for her film will start from next year. The tinsel town diva said that the makers planned to commence shooting from March 2020; however, the COVID-19 pandemic made them change the plans. The 'Bigg Boss 2020' contestant also revealed how she bagged the project. She said that the makers saw her Instagram profile and decided to meet her. She added that they finalised her after the look test. Giving more details about her role, Nikki told SpotboyE,  "I will be playing a NRI girl in the film. Namashi Chakraborty is paired opposite me. They really liked my body and the way I walk and talk. The concept of the film is based on a Punjabi family but it's a proper Bollywood masala film."

Nikki's fight with Jasmin Bhasin during a recent task in 'Bigg Boss 14' grabbed several eyeballs. The two contestants tried their best to win the task to get back their personal items. On a related noted, five contestants including Jasmin Bhasin, Rubina Dilaik, Shehzad Deol, Abhinav Shukla and Jaan Kumar Sanu have been nominated for elimination.
