EX Bigg Boss Contestant Nehha Pendse On Husband Being Divorced Twice: "It’s Not That I Am Virgin Either"

TV actress Nehha Pendse said that she has no issues with her husband being a divorcee.

New Delhi: Popular TV actress Nehha Pendse got married to Shardul Singh Bayas in a traditional Maharashtrian ceremony on January 5 in the presence of their family members and close friends. The ‘Bigg Boss 12’ contestant shared several stunning pictures from her dreamy wedding on social media. Nehha looked beautiful in a pink saree during her marriage ceremony. Pictures of the newly married couple from their special day are doing the rounds on the internet. Nehha recently revealed that her husband Shardul has been divorced twice and he has two daughters from his previous marriages. Barely days since getting married, the ‘May I Come In Madam’ is busy answering questions related to her husband. The Marathi mulgi, while talking to a leading daily, addressed all the questions directed towards her hubby for being a divorcee. She slammed all the trolls for targetting her twice divorced husband. "What’s the big deal about this? Today, many of us are getting married late because of various reasons, including the focus on career. A lot of people end up having more than one relationship before finally tying the knot. The commitment, love and physical proximity could be the same as it is in a marriage, the only difference is that there is no legal stamp over it. So, why are people talking about Shardul being a divorcee? It’s not that I am a virgin either," Nehha told Times Of India.

The newly-wedded actress further said that her husband is not commitment phobic. "I appreciate the fact that he took chances with women he was in love with, unlike in my case where the men disappeared just when the relationship could have culminated into marriage. At least, Shardul is not commitment-phobic. I salute him for his undying faith in the institution of marriage, it is easy to not believe in it after two failed marriages. That shows that he is a man of substance unlike those who fear the idea of getting married. I also feel that if a marriage is not working out, one should end it rather than drag on,” she told the daily.
