'Beyhadh' Actress Jennifer Winget Tests Positive For COVID-19, Says 'Down, But Not Out'

Jennifer Winget confirmed that she has tested positive for COVID-19 by sharing a post on social media.

Mumbai: Popular TV actress Jennifer Winget took to social media to inform her fans that she has tested positive for COVID-19. The ‘Beyhadh 2’ star said that she is asymptomatic and thanked her fans for their warm wishes. 

The ‘Bepannaah Pyaar’ actress is observing quarantine after getting diagnosed with Coronavirus. She called the virus a ‘bummer’ but a ‘minor blip’ while sharing her post on Instagram. 

"Down but not out… YES, It’s TRUE! Corona came a-knocking and caught me off guard. But know that, I am asymptomatic and feel absolutely fine. So to everyone worried and concerned, don’t be!," she wrote.

 Jennifer also revealed how she is spending her quarantine at her place. She added, "Here to report that I am quarantining, whining and dining and cannot wait to kick back in action. A bummer, this, but promise it’s only a minor blip, just paused for a bit to emerge stronger, better, healthier and raring to go. Thank you for all your wishes. But Covid aint got nothing on me! Be back sooner than you know. Signing off with hugs and kisses… Or I best, better not."

The small screen diva promised her fans that she will soon complete her shooting projects. Check out her post!

Mouni Roy, Drashti Dhami and other TV celebs dropped comments and prayed for her quick recovery. Mouni wrote, "Hoping praying you bounce back stronger soonest. Sending you lots of love Jen" while Drashti commented, "Take care."

Jennifer, who enjoys a significant fan following on Instagram, had created ripples on the internet with her new photo-shoot. Her pictures went viral in no time.

On the professional front, Jennifer has been part of several popular shows like ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’, ‘Dil Mill Gaye’, ‘Saraswatichandra’, to name a few. She made her digital debut with ‘Code M’, which beamed on ALTBalaji. 

Jennifer is expected to start the shoot of the second season of ‘Code M’ after recovering from Coronavirus.
